Whether you are able to pay the entire amount or need financing you will be assigned a patient advocate that will take
you through every step of the process.
Heather Earheart is our Self Pay Advocate. She would be glad to answer all your questions and help you through the
financing process.
The following services are included in the base price. The Self-Pay price for the Lap Band Surgery is typically
$15,000, some cases may vary. All of these surgeries will be preformed at The Specialty Surgery Center of Fort Worth.
